The polling place location for Precinct 11-075 Palmer City No.2 has been moved to the Mat-Su Borough Gym from the Senior Center. For more information on both Palmer Precinct locations, click here.
Absentee By Mail Applications are due to the City Clerk's Office by Tuesday, September 29. This is a deadline set by Palmer Municipal Code and will be adhered to. It has been brought to the Clerk's Office attention there are Absentee By Mail Applications circulating with an incorrect deadline date. Applications will not be accepted, and ballots will not be distributed for any applications received after September 29. The City Clerk's Office apologizes for any confusion, and all staff is available to answer any questions you have, if you would like to call 761-1301. A Ballot Drop Box for Absentee By Mail Ballots will be available at the Palmer City Hall starting September 21 until 8:00 p.m. on Election Day (October 6). Anyone that would like to drop off their ballot instead of sending it in the mail, is welcome to do so. If you have any questions about this new option, please don't hesitate to contact the City Clerk's Office at 761-1301.

The Palmer Precinct 11-075 at the Senior Center has been moved to the MSB Gym. If you voted at the Senior Center in the past, you will now be voting at the MSB Gym at the October 6, 2020, Regular Election.

Recreational and Open burning require a permit and an on-site inspection by the Fire Dept. Applications are available in the Fire Dept. office at 645 E Cope Industrial Way or at https://www.palmerak.org/city-palmer-burn-permits.
