The (left) side, with the two story window under the gabled roof, faces the two story white Borough building. The (right) side of the building is the back of the loading dock. The railing on the roof surrounds utilities.

The (left) side of the building is the front, facing the existing public parking lot accessible from E. Elmwood Ave. The (right) side of the building faces the two story white Borough building. The large meeting room is on the first floor with a horizontal wall of windows and an open roof deck above it.   

The first floor features a large meeting room, computer lab, Youth & Teen collection, Children's collection, DVD collection, two small study rooms, and one medium meeting room. 

The second floor features a roof top deck, Young Adult collection, Adult fiction and nonfiction collections, Alaska collection. four small study rooms, and one medium meeting room.
