Storytimes
Most Tuesdays! See schedule below or visit our calendar. At the Palmer Depot (610 S Valley Way)
Baby Lap Sit for ages 0-2 begins at 10am.
Storytime for ages 2-5 begins at 11am.
Join Ms. Seina most Tuesdays at the Palmer Depot for stories and fun! Each program lasts for about an hour: the first 15-30 minutes are structured with stories, songs, and fingerplays which develop child-caregiver relationships and teach early literacy skills. The remaining time is reserved for families to play and socialize.
Midweek Meet-Up:
Thursdays 3-5 PM, upstairs at the library.
This program is geared toward children 6-11 years old. Activities vary each week and include science projects, crafts, legos, games, movies, and more! Most activities are drop-in style--come and go whenever works for you. Please note this program takes place upstairs with no elevator access at our temporary location. Adult supervision is required for the duration of the program
Quiet Company Book Club
Third Wednesday of each month 6-8pm, at the library.
Age 18+. Join us after-hours at the Palmer Library for light snacks and quiet reading time, followed by a discussion portion to share books and conversation. There’s no book list--bring whatever you are currently reading or come early to select something from the library before we begin. Feel free to bring a comfy camp chair to set up a cozy spot!
Craft Club:
Last Saturday of the month 12:30-3:30pm, upstairs at the library.
Bring your work in progress and a friend to the library for space to spread out and craft in good company. Please note this program takes place upstairs with no elevator access at our temporary location. No children, please.
