Audience Participation At Meetings

The public may choose to participate in Council Meetings as follows:

How to testify: The public may provide testimony in person at the meeting. Comments are limited to three minutes per person. Written comments are due by noon the day of the meeting via email or delivered to the Clerk's Office, 231 W. Evergreen Avenue. Written comments will be distributed in written form only and not read aloud at the meeting. 

Live-Stream the Meeting: Council meetings are live-streamed through Big Cabbage Radio. You can view the meeting on any device or computer

General Information: 

Regular City Council meetings take place on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.

Regular meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and are held at Palmer City Hall, Council Chambers, 231 W. Evergreen Avenue in Palmer, unless otherwise noted. 

The agenda packet is released five days prior to the meeting, unless otherwise noted.

Finalized legislation is generally available by the first Friday following the date of adoption.
