Storage Shed/ Conex

The City of Palmer allows for a detached not habitable storage structure complaint with all City of Palmer ordinances and adopted Building Codes. This includes shipping containers used for storage.

Shed Permit Fees

$26 -- maximum size 320 sq.ft..

If the shed is larger than 320 sq.ft., a building permit application will be required.

Sheds greater than 320 sq.ft. will be based off of the valuation and adopted fee schedule.
