Curfew

The City of Palmer has a curfew. Curfew hours for Palmer are:

  • Midnight - 5:00 a.m. UNDER the age of 18.
  • (This means you have to actually BE 18 years old in order for the curfew to not apply anymore.)

Penalties

  • First time: Fine of $75.00, plus $20.00 court surcharge
  • Second time: Fine of $150.00, plus $20.00 court surcharge
  • 3rd, 4th, etc. time: Fine of $300.00, plus $20.00 court surcharge
